How is this different from Google Earth?
Google Earth shows basic 3D imagery. We use Google's professional Solar API at maximum quality (0.1m resolution) with AI enhancement to create detailed, downloadable 3D models and provide raw GeoTIFF data for professional use.
Can I use this for commercial projects?
Yes! Full access ($29) includes commercial licensing. Use the 3D models and data for consulting, development, architectural work, or any business purpose. Perfect for property professionals and investors.
Do you store my address or results?
We store minimal data (coordinates and result assets) to speed up future requests. If you provide an address, we may store a normalized form to improve caching. You can request deletion anytime.
What data formats do you provide?
You get raw GeoTIFF files from Google Solar API (6 layers: DSM elevation, RGB satellite, roof masks, solar flux data) plus clean 3D models in OBJ and PLY formats that work with any CAD software or 3D program.
How accurate is the 3D modeling?
We use Google's professional Solar API at maximum quality (0.1m pixel resolution) with AI enhancement including shadow-based reconstruction and multi-modal data fusion. This is the same data used by professional solar installers.
What can I do with the 3D models?
Import into CAD software, use for architectural visualization, investment presentations, development planning, solar analysis, or any project requiring accurate property geometry. Models include realistic textures and precise elevation data.
How fast are results?
Usually 30-60 seconds for complete processing including AI terrain generation. The system downloads 6 GeoTIFF layers from Google, processes them with AI enhancement, and generates downloadable 3D models.
What's the difference between demo and full access?
Demo lets you try the visualization with sample addresses. Full access ($29) gives you unlimited properties, clean data downloads, exportable 3D models, and commercial licensing. No subscription required.
